Job Description
Tanggung Jawab Utama
• Mencari & mendapatkan kerja sama B2B (gym/wellness, sekolah premium, hotel/event, komunitas).
• Bekerjasama dalam program employee/member benefit ke perusahaan/instansi (paket layanan, on-site event).
• Menggarap komunitas (arisan, asosiasi, orang tua murid) via edukasi, talkshow, referral.
• Menjalin kerja sama finansial (bank/CC, pembiayaan, BNPL) untuk promo/cicilan.
• Menata pipeline & forecasting di CRM; menyiapkan materi penawaran & presentasi.
• Memastikan eksekusi aktivasi berjalan lancar, taat regulasi & PDP.
Kualifikasi
• S1; Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman B2B sales/BD (lebih disukai berpengalaman di sektor healthcare/beauty, wellness/fitness, hospitality, perbankan/pembiayaan).
• Bisa memberikan bukti deal multi-pihak & implementasi end-to-end. Negosiasi kontrak/MoU & SLA.
• Mahir CRM, presentasi, dan analisis komersial sederhana (harga, margin, fee/MDR, ROI).
• Komunikasi/public speaking kuat, hunter mindset, rapi mengelola eksekusi.
• Paham dasar promosi layanan kesehatan & Perlindungan Data Pribadi (PDP).
• Bersedia dinas & kunjungan luar kota; punya kendaraan pribadi dan memiliki SIM.
