Namun juga menangani dan menyelesaikan complain pelanggan, menjadi leader bagi para tim di jajaran Customer Service, dan memberikan bantuan kepada Branch Manager demi kelancaran operasional pelayanan di cabang

Kualifikasi :
- Wanita
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Pendidikan min. D3 Pariwisata / Perhotelan / Relevan
- Berpengalaman sebagai lead min. 1 tahun
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, memiliki empati tinggi, kemampuan problem solving dan kemampuan leadership
- Berpenampilan menarik dan ramah
- Bersedia bekerja dengan rambut disanggul maupun di gerai sesuai standar grooming frontliner
