Job Description

Jobdesc:
- Mengawasi dan mengelola seluruh proses rekrutmen, mulai dari perencanaan hingga onboarding karyawan baru.
- Mengembangkan metode rekrutmen yang efektif untuk menarik kandidat berkualitas
- Menganalisis dan mengevaluasi efektivitas proses rekrutmen guna meningkatkan efisiensi
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan dalam proses rekrutmen
- Mengelola data metric departemen rekrutmen yang akan menjadi sarana evaluasi kinerja departemen

Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam bidang rekrutmen, lebih disukai jika memiliki pengalaman di posisi supervisor
- Memahami berbagai metode seleksi dan teknik wawancara.
- Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu dengan baik
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kuat
- Menguasai penggunaan alat-alat rekrutmen digital dan platform pencarian kandidat.
