JOBDESC
Merancang, mengelola, dan mengevaluasi strategi penjualan serta pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan
Mengembangkan dan memantau kinerja tim penjualan online untuk mencapai target yang telah ditentukan.
Mengembangkan strategi marketing untuk mengoptimalkan strategi promosi digital (media sosial, marketplace, website).
Melakukan analisis data penjualan, tren market, dan kompetitor untuk menyusun rencana bisnis yang efektif.
Mengelola hubungan dengan mitra e-commerce, termasuk marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, dan lainnya.
Mengelola budget Ads secara efektif yang dapat diukur dengan ROAS, CPC, GMV, dll
Memastikan pengalaman pelanggan yang memuaskan melalui pengelolaan operasional onlineshop, layanan pelanggan, dan logistik.
KUALIFIKASI
Minimal S1 di bidang Manajemen, Bisnis, Pemasaran, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi serupa dalam industri kecantikan atau e-commerce.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan strategic thinking
Memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang strategi pemasaran digital dan tren e-commerce.
Mampu menggunakan tools analitik seperti Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, atau platform serupa.
