Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop a holistic marketing strategy encompassing KOL collaborations, content creation, social media management, e-commerce strategy, SEO optimization, and digital advertising management.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including KOL team, content team, social media team, and SEO team, to ensure the achievement of company goals.

Qualifications:
- Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership position.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including content, social media, e-commerce, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Creative, innovative, and able to think strategically to devise effective solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing marketing data to optimize strategies and spending.
